The towel was slightly damp and it’s been hotter than blazes around here, so no wonder she didn’t want to come out.
Sorry I haven’t been doing much here lately. We’ve been traveling and I’ve been working a lot. But we’ve got some very exciting renovations and remodeling planned next week. I’m going to re-do my living room decor and finally build the 17-foot long, built-in bookcase set. It’s my first bookcase, so it’ll be interesting. We’re also sewing curtains and going to paint the room with a more shocking color scheme. Cant wait til its done!
:) I’m a married mom of four teenage children. We live in Upstate New York. We bought an old 1855 home and acre property, over 10 years ago. We've been in the slow, agonizing process of living in the home while (trying) to renovate it. When I'm not renovating, I'm a freelance writer and blogger.
We've learned to dig a French drain, plant huge flower and vegetable gardens, wire a circuit panel, install furnace ducting, understand the enigmatic complexities of the plumbing system, and more. It's been *quite* the adventure.
