Who could say “no” to that adorable, pookie face?!
My bloggy pal, Carole, got a Siamese kitty!!! Yay Carole! I know you will love her to bits. Her name is Angel and she’s a gorgeous beauty:
She’s a Lilac Point Siamese. Pretty! Livvy is a Lynx Point, also known as Tabby Point Siamese. Livvy used to be very white, but she’s darkened up quite a bit. This is from last year.
This photo was taken last week. Her stripes are deepening, and her back is a lot darker.
I hope you post lots of stories about your new darling, Carole!
P.S. Siamese seem to like to cuddle under the neck in the winter time.

LOL!! It’s “Siamese Disease”!
I can hardly wait to have fun with my Siamese kitty after always reading about your sweetheart Livvy! Thanks for sharing my excitement over the new member of our family – I doubt Angel will be able to top Livvy in cuteness and cleverness, but I’ll be sure to post updates on our lives with our Siamese!

I knew it! I’ve already gone over to Carole’s blog with some suggestions on how to help the cat-to-cat introductions. I’ve always thought Livvy was gorgeous and a very special kitty. It’s typical for Siamese, or “pointed” kitties to darken as they mature. This was before my time, but my human tells me that when she brought Boodie (a Birman mix, not unlike a Himalayan with white paws) home at the age of 9 months, she was almost white except for her points, and now she is a cool beige shade, except for her white paws and belly.

Livvy sure is a gorgeous color. I don’t think I have ever seen such a pretty color. And congrats to Carole on her new kitten. We are going to check it out on her website. Those are great pictures.

Sparkle– I’m sure your advice will come in quite handy! I always find it very informative.
Marg– isn’t Livvy lovely?! I don’t know how I wound up with such a beautiful cat. God is good to me.
I picked her out of a litter. We love her to bits.
