I was shocked to hear of a huge storm coming tomorrow. I guess I have been too busy to listen to the news and weather much. WHOA! It’s been a while. Now THIS is a storm– we’re expected to get clobbered with a foot or two of snow. It may disrupt things for half a day, lol. We live in Upstate New York, so snow is something we kind of expect for half the year, give or take a month. No need to frantically shop for groceries or life insurance rate– we’ll be OK.
Still… it’s February. I was so hoping for an early spring. It may come just yet… but we’re never sitting easy until late April. And I think it was last year that we got snow in May. :S

GAH! i thought winter was coming to a close! the rain had pretty much washed everything away today…I guess I was seriously wrong.

Oh hope you didn’t get a lot of snow. That does look like a huge storm. Hope you got your life insurance all set. LOL Where is the cat???

We have friends driving out that way on Monday–I hope they make it!! Aren’t you tired of all that snow?? Ugh.

OneCatsNip, yeahhhhh I was hoping no more snow…. I like snow, but I am ready to see green again. It won’t be here for another 2-3 months yet.
Marg, we didn’t even have any power outages! I appreciated that.
It’s kinda nice, sitting at home making stew and blogging while the winter roars outside the window.
Lin, I AM TIRED of the old snow. I like fresh snow.. but fresh snow gets to be old snow really fast…. does that makes sense? It’s a good thing I don’t mind winter too much. But I am ready for spring now. I have a kitchen and dining room to totally gut and renovate.
The snowstorm is over, so I think your pals will be OK for Monday. Unless we get another storm! I haven’t checked the weather that far ahead yet.
