Someone who agrees with me that after about February the snow starts getting old! The worst thing about WNY is that snow starts in November (though there's the occasional visit in October---I live 50 miles or so from Buffalo ;-) ), and can go as late as March and sometimes even April! UGH! You've got a lot of guts, though, trying to fix up that house! I dream of at least owning a house---I don't know how we'd be able to fix one up (which is totally a possibility around here too...in WNY...a more rural than no part of it :-D ) FINALLY!
