This is why every person must fight every traffic ticket, as practice for a REAL lawsuit later on. Parking tickets are just like robocop photo tickets, just ignore them for lack of personal service of process. If the crooked cops, prosecutors and judges try to collect on a civil judgement lacking service of process, call their bluff and appeal to the state supreme court. 14th Amendment to US Constitution orders that when govt employees get free parking, EVERYONE gets free parking, as proven in Onks vs City of Cookville TN, with 2 lawyers’ 200 parking tickets dismissed on appeal to TN Supreme Court to avoid setting a precedent, and all 200 parking meters removed:

Read your state’s Rule 4 of Rules of Civil Procedure re civil service of process. But if you’re stupid enuff to appear in court on a parking ticket, you have voluntarily waived all your Constitutional rights, sucker.

Nobody but governments (and a few exceptional cases of old universities and churches) truly owns property in America. You don’t have title, you have a conditional, transferable lease, revocable in the even that you fail to pay tribute or violate other provisions of abhorrent positive law (see “civil asset forfeiture”).

Property as it exists today is a happy illusion maintained by the country’s true owners as means of extracting as much wealth as possible from the modern citizen-serf. Occasionally the illusion breaks down, as seen here.

Personally I would sue them for the house and mental damages. In my eyes they are discriminating against a disabled man who does not have the money to pay for car repair. Oh and I would also find out who reported it and sue them too.
Unfortunately he probably doesn’t have the money to do that either. Hopefully it will get resolved in his favor.

I hate how the government tries to control what we can and can not do on our own property.
