I hate the humid weather, and Upstate New York seems to be in its clutches this week. :-p These are photos I snapped the other day, as the humidity descended. Moments later, large raindrops burst from the air, as if the atmosphere had been wrung out like a wet rag.
I love the growing season but I have a hard time tolerating the humidity. Needless to say, we’re not getting much done this week, lol.

Humidity is awful! When visiting the Caribbean before I was knocked down several times because of that. Luckily Egypt has a very dry climate.

I hate humidity also. It makes me very irritable and I feel so sluggish. But when we have a day here in Dallas with very low humidity and the temps are higher we really don’t even notice how warm it is. We are suppose to get some cooler weather and rain tomorrow(I’m keeping my fingers crossed)and it should cool things down a bit. We’ve had 100+F days here lately and Dallas typically doesn’t get this warm until August.

I grew up in upstate (Western) NY. Your green lawn looks lush and fabulous. I adore being in the South, but I do miss lush grass and cooler weather.

If New York had no politicians and drier atmosphere, it would be PERFECT here, lol. I haven’t met anyone yet who likes the humidity. Ugh.
Yes our lawns are pretty lush. Everything is so nice and green! I could never live in the South because it is so hot and gets so humid. I’d melt!
