Chilly from On the Bricks tagged me for a meme! I like memes….when I don’t have to think too hard to do them, lol. This one is fun.
List seven useful facts about yourself. (seven?! useful facts?! Here’s hoping I can think of that many!)
1. I’ve been intensely studying the Bible for almost 20 years now, and I love it!
2. I only read non-fiction books.
3. New York State has 62 counties and I’ve lived in 22 of them.
4. I renovate the house because I have to; I cultivate the gardens because I love to.
5. At the wine stores, they asked me for an over-21 ID until I was 38. Two years later, they ask if I want the senior discount. :-p (I’m kidding about the second half… but they don’t card me anymore!)
I’m running out of ideas….
6. I have an ancestor who was a king of Jerusalem in the Middle Ages.
7. I spent a few years of my life living off the land. Literally. We ate squirrels, foraged for weeds and berries, and cut our own trees for winter fuel.
