Pizza Cracker

Oops. I don’t know where my head was at, but I forgot to add yeast to my bread machine pizza dough! I realized this after the bread machine dough was made, of course. I wish I could say I had a “blonde moment” but I’m not blonde!

The dough refused to rise. It was almost dinner time, so what could I do? Well, I made the pizza anyway, and am taking my chances that the family won’t notice! I snapped a picture of the “pizza cracker.”

(That’s my 1972 orange laminate countertop, by the way. This is another project you’ll be reading about– hopefully soon).

Hope they eat it….

UPDATE: Yep, they ate it! Teens will eat anything, you know that?? They just said it tasted “different.” LOL!

LOL! Well, bill and hh… maybe I should create an entire recipe around it, eh? It was tasty, but then again– it was slathered with sausage and cheese. I prefer my crusts a little less…. um, crackery.
